The ability to meet these demands constitutes a refined and Developed Personality , while confronting
challenges
requires
a robust Psychosocial Competency to successfully navigate the various circumstances that life presents.
Underpinning our empirical project "Smart Skills for Life," wherein we
meticulously
shape the identities of our children. This is achieved through a diverse array of communicative and
collaborative activities , such as brainstorming, discussions, declamations, speeches, case studies, group
discussions, debates, role-plays, dialogue exchanges, worksheets, art-integrated activities, individual
presentations, brain teasers, and energizers. Engaging in these activities takes children on a rewarding
exploration that assist them to evolve into successful and more improved individuals.
Our tailored SSFL project provides a range of services, including:
- Learning Communication : Enhancing personal, social, and professional communication skills.
- Lexicon Expansion : Broadening vocabulary for effective expression.
- Ethics And Altruism : Instilling ethical values in intentions.

We have modeled our SSFL project under following verticals that covers up above
mentioned requisites and mandates:
- SEL : This methodically crafted program, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), is dedicated to
nurturing the holistic growth of students. By focusing on both personality development and psychosocial competency,
SEL aims to equip students with essential life skills. This comprehensive approach not only fosters individual growth
but also cultivates a foundation for students to navigate social complexities with resilience and interpersonal
proficiency.
- Ackilla’s Brigade : A leadership initiative for upper-grade students provides avenues for emerging leaders
to excel in diverse realms encompassing academics, social activities, physical endeavors, and emotional well-being.
Participants actively partake in organizing events, contributing to school policy formation, representing and
addressing students' concerns, thereby honing their leadership skills across multifaceted domains.
- Zico Guides : They are also part of Leadership program for junior grades where students experience
leadership roles under the guidance and supervision of their seniors and faculty members that fosters team
work, respect, concern for health and hygiene sustentation, peer learning and academic improvement through
helping their class mates under various capacities in each class.
- Darwin’s Desk : This project encapsulates the ideology of students’ development specifically founded
to render assistance to senior grade students for their personality development, career counseling and
psychological counseling and for understanding the concept of global citizenship. This initiative also
provides an avenue for parents and teachers to offer support and guidance during challenging moments
in their lives.
